Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in settlements, familiarity with blockchain basics, and strong Excel skills. A finance-related degree and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in settlements or reconciliations.
• Exposure to blockchain transactions or digital asset custody is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• On-Chain Confirmation: monitor settlement completion within timeframes.
• Reconciliation: compare on-chain records with internal systems.
• Exception Handling: investigate failed or delayed settlements.
• Audit & Documentation: maintain logs and settlement reports.
• Operational Coordination: work with control teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Process Adherence: follow SLAs, regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Continuous Improvement: propose SOP enhancements and workflow fixes.
• Shift Handover: ensure clear end-of-shift logging and transitions.
