Job summary

Koerber Malaysia seeks a CRM professional to lead Sales and Service Cloud initiatives. You will own the CRM strategy, align with IT and business teams, and drive adoption across the organization.

The role requires 2–5 years in CRM projects, a strong Salesforce background, and English fluency. Experience with Trailhead certifications is a plus, and German language skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Bachelor/ MBA in Engineering fields with excellent results.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Service Cloud technology projects or similar CRM implementation environments.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud; related tech is a plus.
• Fluency in English mandatory; German proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build-up, align and execute the Sales and Service CRM strategy for Koerber Group across our organizations.
• Run hands-on project management with internal business and IT CRM teams as well as external partners.
• Challenge and improve business processes and demonstrate how CRM can best support our Sales and Service Teams.
• Drive CRM user adoption and enable users globally.
• Promote benefits of CRM within the organization.
• Takeover end-to-end ownership for CRM-related workstreams, focused on Sales and Service within Salesforce stack.
• Define product owner visions and align CRM enhancement roadmaps with divisions.
