Randstad Malaysia is partnering with a globally recognized entertainment and media organization to recruit a meticulous finance professional for its regional shared services center in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on contractual royalty workflows and financial reporting across multiple markets.

The position encompasses contract/data management, statement generation and accounting, month-end financial operations, stakeholder dispute management, and governance/automation improvements through SOPs

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain licensing, joint venture, distribution, and commercial contracts within the financial systems based on local entity documentation.
• Prepare, reconcile, and audit periodic statements; manage advances, catalog mappings, and ledger updates.
