Responsibilities

• Process licensee royalty reporting — receive, review, and upload licensee royalty statements, and ensure amounts are reported completely and accurately against contract terms.
• Be a key partner to our licensees and internal teams — field and resolve inquiries from licensees, Regional Finance, A/R, and others with responsiveness and good judgment; you are often the person a licensee interacts with directly.
• Apply analysis, not just processing — assess whether reported royalties are reasonable and investigate discrepancies.
• Support invoicing and payment application — coordinate with Accounts Receivable to invoice licensees and apply payments accurately to their accounts.
• Reconcile balances between our royalty platform and SAP, investigating and resolving reconciling items.
• Run and interpret reports from the royalty platform to support close, accruals, and internal/external partner requests.
• Help make the process better — take ownership of removing friction, test new system capabilities, and improve how the work gets done.
• Support close and audit — contribute to month-end and quarter-end activities and provide documentation to support internal and external audits.
