Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a senior compensation leader to shape and govern our total rewards program. You will design, benchmark, and implement compensation & benefits strategies across local and international schemes, partnering with HR and business leaders.

The role requires extensive experience in regional compensation, strong regulatory knowledge, and expertise with analytics tools like Excel and Power BI. A global mindset and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in HR/BA/Economics/Statistics/Management.
• 6-7 years regional/country level or strategic compensation and benefits experience.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations affecting compensation administration.
• Strong networking with compensation/benefits consulting firms for market data.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI; HR analytics tools.
• Mercer IPE certification knowledge would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review the annual compensation review process, including benchmarking and policies.
• Lead rollout of country or worldwide compensation programs and rewards strategies.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to design and implement compensation plans.
• Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and incentives for local/international schemes.
• Monitor trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliant total rewards programs.
• Engage with external groups to stay current on best practices in compensation.
• Drive communications and knowledge management of the rewards program.
