Zusammenfassung

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Supply Chain Specialist to help establish our manufacturing operations. You will source machining parts from technical drawings and BOMs, identify CNC suppliers, and drive cost optimisation while aligning with engineering for DFM feasibility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least 3 years in machining parts procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in machining parts procurement.
Strong understanding of CNC machining and fabrication processes.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Familiar with procurement processes and ERP systems.
Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Aufgaben

Source and procure machining parts based on drawings and BOM.
Identify, develop and qualify CNC machining and fabrication suppliers.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, negotiate pricing and drive cost optimisation.
Coordinate with Engineering on technical specifications and DFM feasibility.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and quality issues.
Build a reliable supplier network to support project execution.
