Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Client Service Manager (CSM) to oversee global delivery of TMF’s service portfolio, manage client contracts, and drive improvements across regions and platforms.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance, deliver high-quality services, and support growth opportunities while maintaining strong NPS and CSI results. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• At least 1 year of experience managing commercial contracts, SLAs, and pricing.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with global matrix organisations and cross-border governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with global clients to ensure revenue delivery.
• Manage client contact strategy to support governance and communication.
• Monitor trends and share insights to identify service improvements.
• Ensure contract compliance with scope and SLAs and prepare reviews.
• Lead quarterly and monthly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate corrective actions to resolve delivery issues.
• Document transitions and changes; maintain up-to-date records.
• Develop reporting frameworks for monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee contract renewals and scope/pricing adjustments.
