Job summary

TMF Administrative Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Client Services leader to manage complex relationships and ensure revenue delivery across us. You will oversee service delivery, governance, and contract performance while coordinating with global and local teams.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication (Mandarin preferred) and a track record in Accounting & Tax and global entity management, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years total experience, including at least 4 years in a client-facing role delivering high-quality services.
• Experience in Accounting & Tax and Global Entity Management.
• 3+ years managing commercial contracts, SLAs, scope definitions, and pricing structures.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure contractual revenue delivery and long-term partnership.
• Oversee service delivery and client strategy across TMF.
• Monitor trends and share insights with internal stakeholders for service improvements and growth.
• Lead improvement initiatives based on survey data and client feedback; maintain a structured Client Service Plan.
• Ensure contracts and SLAs are followed and renewal planning is accurate.
• Coordinate corrective actions with local offices to resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly performance reports with stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, price adjustments, and documentation of approvals.
• Drive client satisfaction and high NPS through regular business reviews.
