HSBC International Wealth and Personal Banking in Malaysia seeks a Client Engagement Executive to identify prospects, drive acquisition through roadshows and events, and cross-sell retail products such as cards, loans and mortgages.

You will plan and execute sales activities, hit targets, and uphold HSBC's customer experience standards. Diploma holders and multilingual skills are valued; this is an on-site role in Penang.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any field or equivalent sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customer effectively.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of self-discipline, accountability and willingness to learn from mistakes to avoid repeated errors.
• Demonstrated experience in acquiring affluent segment with strong products knowledge in Cards, Loan and Borrowing products.
• Multilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin) to cater to diverse customer segments.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospects and execute acquisition activities such as roadshows or events.
• Cross-sell retail banking products including cards, loans and mortgages.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to Retail Banking growth.
• Support and engage in roadshows or events to convert leads into customers.
• Plan, execute and optimize sales activities in line with business priorities.
• Advocate HSBC-branded customer experience in daily actions.
• Provide quality after-sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal procedures.
