Job summary

FedEx Malaysia is seeking a Clearance & Brokerage Operations professional to provide clearance and brokerage support to external customers, and to complete related administration with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree, strong English proficiency, and solid planning and interpersonal skills. The role requires flexibility to work shift hours aligned with Europe office hours and to contribute to a compliant, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Graduates with at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is encouraged to apply.
• Those with Secondary Education with 2 to 3 years of Experience in a Shared Service Centre, Customs Clearance, Operations or general Logistics experience are also encouraged to apply.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Proficiency in a European Language that is not English is not required but could be an advantage.
• Able to work shift hours according to the office hours of the assigned country (Europe).

Responsibilities

• Provides clearance and brokerage support to external customers and completes related administration.
• Ensures processes and procedures are followed to deadline with accuracy and compliance.
• Identifies anomalies and uses rules-based judgement; escalates complex issues to senior team members as needed.
