AI Rudder Pte Ltd is seeking an Employer Brand & Campus Recruitment Specialist to define EVP, build global content, and grow our LinkedIn and Glassdoor presence. You will partner with Marketing to align employer branding with the company’s tech-driven identity and lead end-to-end internship programs across markets.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in employer branding or campus recruitment, strong content skills, and excellent English. Mandarin is a plus; AI-first mindset required.

Formación

• At least 1 year in employer branding or campus recruitment in tech startup.

Responsabilidades

• Define and activate AI Rudder's EVP across external channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career site, university platforms).
• Build and execute a global content calendar (employee stories, day-in-the-life features, culture videos).
• Own and grow AI Rudder's LinkedIn and Glassdoor presence, including content strategy and ratings.
