Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a senior business planning and analytics leader to own plant‑wide planning, analytics, and decision support. You will partner with global functions to translate complex data into actionable insights, drive dashboards, and lead strategic initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain.

The role focuses on forecasting, performance management, and process digitalization, with an emphasis on delivering high‑quality insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business planning, business analytics, operations planning, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of business planning, forecasting, performance management, data analytics, and business intelligence tools, with proven ability to develop dashboards and analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide business planning, performance analysis, and reporting to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Analyze key business, operational, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer metrics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights for management.
• Translate business requirements and complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and mitigation plans to support management decision‑making.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects, including business transformation, capacity planning, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Drive the digitalization, automation, and standardization of business processes, reporting, dashboards, analytical frameworks, and planning tools to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as a focal point for analytical problem‑solving and escalation, applying structured problem‑solving to remove barriers, address risks, and drive business and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align plant‑level business priorities with overall company strategy and objectives.
