Qualifications

• Must have proven Brand Management experience.
• Leadership roles at Marketing Director level or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience across Consumer, Trade, Digital and Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record in multi-market campaigns and brand awareness.
• Strong creative judgement and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall brand and marketing strategy across international markets.
• Build brand positioning, identity, awareness, engagement, and consumer preference.
• Develop and execute campaigns with measurable results.
• Lead integrated marketing across Consumer, Trade, Digital, and Performance Marketing.
• Provide creative direction across campaigns, content, digital assets, and brand communications.
• Drive digital and performance marketing strategies across channels.
• Translate insights into effective strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Product, Creative, and tech teams.
• Build in-house marketing capability and judicious use of external agencies.
• Utilize AI/tech to improve research, content, execution, and ROI.
• Track ROI and adapt execution for different audiences.
