Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive BD/sales/partnership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles for high-value deals.
• Collaborate with HOD to set long-term BD strategy and targets.
• Mentor junior BD managers and share market insights.
• Prepare sophisticated proposals and negotiate favorable terms.
