Job summary

StashAway is seeking a Banking Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support the seamless execution of banking operations and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with the Banking Operations Manager, Client Services, Technology, and Product teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily financial processes.

The role involves handling cash transfers, due diligence, reporting, and ongoing process improvements to simplify complex tasks while maintaining a big-picture

Qualifications

• Experience in banking operations or financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with sanctions screening and due diligence processes is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, client services, technology and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and check daily deposits and withdrawals across multiple regions (SG, MY, HK, AE, TH).
• Execute daily fund transfers and manage end-to-end money flow for client investments.
• Review sanctions screening results for risk profiling of customers.
