Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree with CGPA 3.0+ or Second Class Upper.
• Strong written and spoken English; good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse information and translate insights into outputs.
• Resourceful, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with good judgement.
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Energetic, adaptable and keen to learn.
• Strong team player with emerging leadership potential.
• Proficient with productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Work on projects across Global Banking with supervision; assignments up to 12 months.
• Provide day-to-day support to define, manage and deliver business priorities.
• Prepare materials and reports for business reviews and senior meetings.
• Collaborate with Coverage, Product, Risk, Operations and other functions.
• Collect, review, analyse and present information to support decisions.
• Communicate clearly with teams and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality outputs with ownership and attention to detail.
• Understand dynamic situations and apply structured thinking to evolving needs.
