HSBC Holdings plc in Penang is offering a Global Network Banking – Graduate Trainee program for fresh graduates. You will work on cross-functional projects across Global Banking, under supervision, gaining hands-on exposure to real business activities and completing practical training requirements.

You'll deliver day-to-day support, help prepare materials for reviews, collaborate with stakeholders across Coverage, Product, Risk and Operations, and develop structured thinking to address evolving

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with CGPA 3.0+ or Second Class Upper.
• Strong written and spoken English; good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse information and translate insights into outputs.
• Resourceful, well-organised with good judgement and multitasking.
• Motivated for a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Energetic, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Strong team player with emerging leadership potential.
• Confident with standard productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations) and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Work on assigned projects across Global Banking with supervision.
• Provide day-to-day support to define and deliver business priorities.
• Help prepare materials and reports for business reviews and senior management discussions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Coverage, Product, Risk, Operations and other functions.
• Collect and present data, trends and commentary to support decisions.
• Communicate clearly with teams and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality outputs with ownership and attention to detail.
• Apply structured thinking to address evolving needs.
