Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an Audit Coordination Manager to lead a local audit team and coordinate with Luxembourg onshore leadership. You will focus on people management, coaching, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across cross-border projects.

The role requires 5–7 years in external audit at a managerial level, a Degree in Accounting or Finance, and a recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or MIA). Based in Kuala Lumpur, the position is on-site with Randstad.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of solid external audit experience with managerial exposure.
• Strong people management and coaching track record.
• Excellent organisation skills for complex timelines and cross-border coordination.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, MIA).

Responsibilities

• Global Coordination & Project Management: liaise between Malaysian team and Luxembourg leadership to ensure cross-border workflows and timelines.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: manage local team, mentor, and develop talent.
• Portfolio Management: oversee a small audit portfolio with strong technical audit reporting.
• Operational Excellence: optimize resources and processes to improve efficiency.
