Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking an AP Specialist to own end-to-end invoice processing and vendor management across APAC and EMEA. You will handle multi-currency invoices, ensure data accuracy, and support payment execution in a lean, high-accountability team.

Based in Penang, you will collaborate across time zones and markets, ensuring compliance with VAT/GST and country-specific invoicing. This role requires sharp attention to detail and proactive vendor communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience in an international environment.
• Experience processing invoices across multiple countries and currencies.
• Familiarity with Coupa or similar AP platforms.
• Knowledge of VAT, GST, withholding tax across APAC/EMEA.
• Experience with SEPA, BACS, and international wires.
• SOX compliance awareness for procure-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end invoice processing for PO and non-PO invoices across APAC and EMEA.
• Manage vendor inquiries, onboarding, and master data maintenance.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate multi-currency payment operations and risk controls.
• Ensure compliance with regional tax rules and internal controls.
