Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist to support accounts payable operations across APAC and EMEA regions. The role reports to the AP Operations Lead and covers invoice processing, vendor management, and payment support for a growing international vendor portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of AP experience in a multi-entity environment, be proficient with Coupa, and possess strong attention to detail and cross-region communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of AP or finance operations experience in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Experience processing invoices across multiple countries and currencies.
• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement and AP platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with VAT, GST, withholding tax, IBAN, SWIFT across APAC/EMEA jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end invoice processing (PO and non-PO) across APAC and EMEA entities.
• Manage vendor inquiries and vendor master data across time zones and regions.
• Support payment file preparation and multi-currency transactions.
• Ensure SOX-compliant controls and regional tax requirements in AP workflow.
