Cisco’s Customer Experience Centre (CXC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive AI-assisted delivery and global programs. You will partner with executive leadership, lead cross-functional teams, and apply PMO methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech or equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years of dedicated Project Management experience within IT, 9–15 years total experience.
• Proven experience in global, customer-facing projects in complex organizations.
• PM tools: Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Excel, JIRA, Confluence.
• PM Certification such as PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SCRUM, or equivalent (PMP/PgMP preferred).
• Japanese language proficiency required; English proficiency for collaboration across regions and teams.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership and key customer stakeholders.
• Institutionalize next-gen project management methodologies under Cisco's PMO framework.
• Drive predictive delivery using AI-driven insights and manage lifecycle risks.
• Hold accountability for program-level financial health: margins, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Present service business value to customers and influence project planning and management.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
• Develop and present proposals and final agreements to customers and internal stakeholders.
