Job summary

TechTiera seeks a senior AI strategist to develop and implement the Group's AI roadmap across diverse business units, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Sales. You will identify opportunities, evaluate AI tools, and drive organization-wide adoption of AI and automation.

Responsibilities include managing AI projects from planning to adoption, ensuring governance and data privacy, and collaborating with IT and external partners to deliver measurable business value and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in AI, automation, digital transformation or similar.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, AI tools and emerging technologies.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Great communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Group's AI strategy and roadmap.
Identify AI opportunities across multiple business units (HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.).
Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools and technologies.
Automate and improve business processes and workflows.
Manage AI projects from planning through adoption and governance.
Develop AI-powered reporting and dashboards where applicable.
Monitor performance and drive improvements of AI solutions.
Collaborate with IT, business units and external vendors/consultants.
