Job summary

• Build, mentor and manage an AI team focused on AI-driven process optimization and applied machine learning.
• Define and execute AI strategy with roadmaps that support organizational goals and long-term transformation.
• Leverage modern AI frameworks to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
• Oversee design, development and deployment of scalable AI models, solutions and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, commercial and other teams to integrate AI into day-to-day tools and processes.
• Benchmark external advancements and bring leading practices back into the organization.
• Governance and alignment with group AI initiatives ensuring responsible AI use and scalable deployment frameworks.
• Lead proofs-of-concept and experiment with new methods to keep the organization at the forefront of AI adoption.

• Build & Lead an AI Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team focused on AI-driven process optimization and applied machine learning.
