Clarks in Malaysia is seeking a detailed Accounts Payable professional to support and process payments, ensure compliance with policies, and assist in monthly and year-end close activities.

You will process supplier invoices in SAP, reconcile statements, generate reports, and maintain documentation while upholding internal controls and service levels across shared services operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Shared Services environment.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs for service levels and accuracy.
• Excellent English and at least one Asian language.
• Knowledge of SAP and month-end processes.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Create and run KPI reports to monitor service levels and controls.
• Verify invoices comply with company policy and regulations.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve supplier queries.
• Run payments in SAP and ensure correct supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations for key suppliers.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure payable accounts are reconciled and documented per audit standards.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyze payable/expense accounts.
• Assist in year-end audits and statutory reporting.
• Maintain proper document retention.
• Support ad-hoc projects.
