Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. You will manage end-to-end invoice processing, expense reports, and payments, while supporting month-end close and SOX controls in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of accounts payable experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Concur. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance / Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end accounts payable, including invoices and payments.
• Perform 3-way/2-way matching for PO, GR/IR.
• Investigate vendor discrepancies and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Handle month-end close activities and accrual reporting.
• Maintain SOX-controlled AP processes and internal controls.
• Provide audits support and SOX documentation.
• Deliver excellent service to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Meet deadlines and handle ad-hoc projects.
