Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to process vendor invoices in SAP ERP 6.0, post accruals, and support month-end close. You will coordinate payments via Alusta or equivalent and ensure timely, accurate postings while upholding policy compliance.

The role covers regional AP activities across countries, vendor communications, and routine reconciliations with the GL. Strong English communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential minimum 3 years’ AP experience in an ERP environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP 6.0 is required.
• Experience preparing payment proposals and operating Alusta (or equivalent).
• Adequate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookup).
• English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience supporting multi-country AP operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, post, and reconcile vendor invoices in SAP ERP 6.0.
• Prepare and submit payment proposals; coordinate with treasury/banks.
• Match GR/IR, perform vendor reconciliations, and support month-end close.
• Generate AP reports and support audits.
