ROCKWOOL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant at entry level. You will process AP transactions, post vendor invoices in SAP ERP 6.0, and support payment proposals while coordinating with treasury for timely payments.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of AP experience, with strong Excel skills and exposure to AP automation tools. A diploma in accounting/finance is preferred.

Formación

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; or candidates with 3 years of AP experience in an ERP environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP 6.0 is required.
• Experience preparing payment proposals and operating Alusta (or equivalent) payment/treasury platform.
• Adequate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and basic data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions across multiple countries in SAP ERP 6.0.
• Prepare and support payment proposals; coordinate payment execution with treasury/banks.
• Post and reconcile vendor invoices in SAP ERP 6.0; manage vendor communications.
