Toll Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Malaysia. You will support invoice processing and timely vendor payments across our international business.

Key tasks include matching invoices to purchase orders, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with internal stakeholders. The role requires a Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, strong English communication, and the ability to manage high volumes

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoice processing.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and collaborate with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices in the accounting system.
• Match invoices against purchase orders, goods received, and supporting documents.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, accrual issues, and missing documentation.
• Process vendor payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate invoice, payment, and supporting documentation records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and agreed service standards.
