Tan Chong Group is seeking a competent accounting professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage overseas payments and related processes. The role involves capturing overseas invoices, monitoring RNI transactions, and leading the administrative team to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, familiarity with overseas supplier payments, and a degree in accounting or finance.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with payment processes for overseas suppliers and customs.
• Experience in managing accounts and reconciliations.
• Possess a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).

Mansioni

• Process payments to overseas suppliers and customs (Kastam).
• Prepare overseas costing for stock input.
• Capture overseas invoices into the system and monitor “Receive Not Invoiced” (RNI) transactions.
• Manage accounts for Pemasaran Alat Ganti (PAG).
• Prepare overseas supplier reconciliations and conduct aging reviews.
• Lead and oversee the administrative team's tasks.
• Process non-trade payments such as utilities, phone bills, fuel, and others.
• Resolve issues related to “Receive Not Invoiced” (RNI) transactions with suppliers.
• Participate in the implementation of E-Invoicing systems.
