Job summary

Abbott is seeking an IT Access Administration professional in Malaysia to manage access provisioning, recertification, and incident resolution for enterprise IT assets. You will handle account provisioning, de-provisioning and support end users with access controls according to security policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and at least 2 years of experience in directory and access administration, with strong knowledge of AD/Exchange and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT administration experience.
• Active Directory or Exchange account administration.
• Strong working knowledge of desktop/mobile hardware, OS, and related infrastructure.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed, geographically dispersed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide email and telephone end-user support for access issues.
• Create, modify, and delete user accounts within SLA.
• Manage day-to-day security components of Abbott Global IS systems.
• Respond to incidents and requests, escalating as needed.
• Assist in audits and recertification efforts.
