• Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline.
• Accountable for the success and quality of the process.
• Reviewing content in accordance with Client's processes.
• Ensuring the process is followed correctly in Service Operations.
• Approving management reporting and tool requirements.
• Helping improve the defined processes.
