Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Support professional in Kuala Lumpur with at least 1 year of geotechnical experience. The role focuses on tracking opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting meetings with prepared materials and follow-ups.

Additionally, you will handle proposal submissions, costing, and documentation while developing preliminary engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, proposal, or BD support.
• Exposure to tender, technical submissions, or client coordination.
• Experience with contractors/consultants/developers is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility.
• Prepare technical proposals and submissions, as well as costing, quotation and documentation.
