Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a skilled professional to support proposals and tenders, develop technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover. The candidate should have a civil/geotechnical engineering background and at least five years of relevant experience.

Focus areas include preparing costing, submissions, and leveraging engineering software tools to craft robust technical responses for clients and stakeholders in a dynamic civil engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering / M.Tech (Geotechnical) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, proposal, or Business Development support
• Exposure to tender, technical submissions, or client coordination
• Experience with contractors/consultants/developers is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Proposal & Tender Support: Prepare technical proposals and submissions; Prepare costing, quotation and documentation.
• Technical Support: Develop preliminary engineering solutions and drawings; Support design using relevant engineering/MS softwares such as AutoCad, Plaxis, Talren, GeoSlope, Rockscience, and other related tools.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (estimating, technical, legal); Coordinate with internal teams and support project handover
