Job summary

SWM Environment Sdn Bhd is seeking a GIS/Geomatics professional to support drone-based ground surveys and spatial data management in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The role involves planning drone surveys, creating GCPs, processing drone imagery, and updating ArcGIS Enterprise with current spatial data.

The candidate should hold a GIS/Geomatics-related bachelor's degree, be proficient in ArcGIS ESRI and Excel, and able to travel with a valid driving license. On-site work in Seremban is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS/Geomatics/Environment/Remote Sensing Planning/Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS ESRI and other mapping products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 2013+ (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Plan drone survey and verify with team lead.
• Prepare and confirm drone flight plans.
• Develop ground control points to maintain image accuracy.
• Transfer GNSS/Drone data to desktop with proper filing.
• Process drone imagery.
• Update ArcGIS Enterprise with latest spatial data using Field Maps.
