Qualifications

• Minimum: Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Management, Mass Communication or related discipline.
• Minimum: 2–5 years working experience, preferably in healthcare setting/environment.
• Have interpersonal and communication skills.
• Crirical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Caring, honest, and responsible workers.
• Willingness to work on schedule hours, shift and weekends, public holidays and anytime called during an emergency.
• Passionate and commitment to patient centered care and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• GP’s Networking & Engagement Visits
• Data Analysis & Target Market Identification
• Actively participate in new services or initiatives introduced by the organization to ensure smooth implementation and hospital growth.
• Comply with all company policies, including health and safety policies.
• Ensure conformance to ISO standards (ISO 22000:2005, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004), OHSAS 18001:2007, HALAL requirements, and Malaysian Hospital Accreditation Standards.
• Adhere to Standard Service Practice (SSP) guidelines to ensure quality service delivery and patient care.
• Ensure full compliance with all legal requirements related to hospital operations.
• Uphold and implement processes that support patient rights and family involvement.
• Adopt Patient Safety Goals as recommended by the World Alliance for Patient Safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
