Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in collection-related work.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in leading BPO services.
• Experience in dealing with regulators and governing authorities concerning collection matters.

Responsibilities

• Set KPIs for NPL collection and credit loss recovery.
• Lead, mentor and train collection professionals.
• Budget and allocate resources for BPO, NPL and credit loss recovery operations.
• Prepare performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
