Job summary

Kanry Search in Kulai, Malaysia, seeks a General Manager to lead our medical and plastic injection molding facility. You will oversee manufacturing operations, quality management, supply chain, and financial performance, guiding senior managers and building a high-performing team.

You will drive lean improvements, ensure ISO and quality standards, manage budgets, and strengthen customer relationships while scaling production to meet targets and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least five years in a senior management position.
• Strong experience in plastic injection moulding, PCBA, and medical assembly manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and factory-management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, quality-management systems and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of production, supply chain, cost management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
