Qualifications

• Developer-side GM/Project Director with 18+ years leading end-to-end high-end strata mixed developments and retail podiums.
• Civil Engineering (Ir.) or Architecture (Ar.) professional registration is required.
• Commercial mindset to monetise landbanks into alternative revenue assets.
• Hands-on, agile approach suited for lean boutique teams over bureaucracy.
• Proven track record delivering mid-upper high-rise developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of projects from feasibility modeling to handover.
• Evaluate Highest-and-Best-Use concepts for regional idle land assets.
• Oversee master planning, concept design, tender, and authority submissions.
• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams, external consultants, and contractors.
• Drive project delivery timelines while upholding QLASSIC quality standards.
