Job summary

MAHSA is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations of Urban Living Residences properties in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead guest experience, staff management, and drive occupancy, revenue, and service quality while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and hands-on operation oversight to achieve business growth and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, hostel, Airbnb, serviced apartment, or property management.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Knowledge of booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of hostel/Airbnb properties.
• Manage and lead staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, safe, and ready for guests.
• Monitor guest bookings, check-in/check-out processes, and guest requests.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and overall property performance.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor and improve guest reviews and overall customer satisfaction.
