Qualifications

• 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5–8 years in a senior executive role within mining, construction, projects, infrastructure, or heavy industrial sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading mid-sized scale business transformation, operational turnaround, or company expansion.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven achievement in revenue growth, profitability improvement, and capital project delivery.
