Job summary

KLN Logistics Group in Malaysia (Selangor) seeks a General Ledger professional to manage full GL activities, prepare financial reports, and support month-end and year-end closings. You will coordinate with Group Finance and auditors, perform reconciliations, and drive process improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, ACCA/CPA is a plus, strong Excel skills, and a focus on accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent adds advantage.
• 3–5 years in GL, financial reporting, or full-set accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and controls.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL activities and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Coordinate month-end/year-end closing and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze results and explain variances to management.
• Support intercompany accounting and group reporting.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and process improvements.
