Job summary

TNG Digital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a finance/accounting professional to support fixed assets, AP/AR processing, and month-end closing. You will handle salary journals, liaise with multiple departments to ensure compliant documentation, and maintain accurate GL schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fixed assets and internal transactions; prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process AP/AR; handle invoices and vendor remittance; prepare monthly creditors reconciliations.
• Process salary journals for period closing.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance and document submission.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for AP/AR documentation.
• Maintain Fixed Asset register and ensure GL alignment monthly.
• Process General Ledger journals and prepare monthly schedules.
• Maintain proper filing of documents.
