Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an accounting support professional to handle fixed assets, internal transactions, and monthly bank reconciliations. The role will input AP and AR data, process invoices and receipts, and prepare creditor and debtor statements, ensuring timely remittance notifications to vendors and customers.

The position supports month-end closing with strong attention to detail and clear cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• To assist in fixed assets and internal transaction. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for bank accounts.
• To key in all standard and ad-hoc general during closing time, AP invoices, payments and to notify vendors upon remittance of payment and finally prepare monthly creditors reconciliations.
• Process AR invoices, receipts and generate monthly Statement of Accounts. Follow up on the payments from Customers and update the weekly statements.
