Job summary

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd seeks a seasoned Manager, Finance in Kuala Lumpur to lead financial reporting, GL oversight, and treasury management. You will coordinate month-end and year-end closes, ensure IFRS/MFRS compliance, and drive process improvements across finance operations.

The role requires 8+ years in operational finance with strong analytical and leadership capabilities, plus familiarity with ERP systems and timely interactions with auditors and banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Member of recognized professional accounting body (MIA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW) or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive hands-on operational finance, audit and treasury experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in line with accounting standards.
• Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to achieve audit objectives.
• Drive process standardization and optimization across finance processes.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, including invoicing and aging reports.
• Oversee treasury management, cash flow, funding needs and bank relations.
• Ensure regulatory tax compliance related to billing and remittance.
