Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring factory production staff in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will operate and monitor production line machinery, assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment while following SOPs and safety protocols.

You will inspect materials, load and unload goods, maintain a clean work area, report issues, and work across shifts with teammates to ensure quality and timely production.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production line machinery and equipment.
• Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Inspect products and materials for defects or inconsistencies, following quality control standards.
• Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts.
