Job summary

SRS INTEGRATED HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking an Operator - Factory Worker - General Worker to join the production team. The role involves sorting, picking, tracking, labelling, packing, weighing, and arranging items within a busy factory setting.

You will be expected to meet daily targets while reducing rejects and defects, update records, and maintain housekeeping and 5S practices. Follow WI, audit compliance and safety rules, and assist leaders and Supervisors as required.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long hours or walk/stand at workstation.
• Willing to follow hygiene, safety rules and GMP/HACCP/ISO guidelines.
• Team player with punctual and reliable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Sorting, picking, tracking, labelling, packing, weighing and arranging items.
• Meet daily targets and help reduce rejects and defects.
• Update records and maintain accurate data entries.
• Housekeeping and 5S practices are observed.
• Follow Work Instructions (WI), Audit Compliance and Safety & Health Rules.
• Assist Leader and Supervisor in daily operations.
• Demonstrate adaptability to hygiene and cleanliness requirements.
• Comfortable standing for long hours or walking or sitting at a workstation or single machine.
