The successful candidate will oversee multiple teams, champion continuous improvement, and scale operations to align with technology roadmaps and expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Extensive leadership experience in semiconductor, electronics, or highly automated environments.
• Proven track record leading large manufacturing organizations with significant headcount and complexity.
• Expertise in assembly, manufacturing operations, operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assembly manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity objectives.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to support capacity expansion and long-term growth.
• Drive world-class operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and digitalization.
• Manage large multidisciplinary teams including manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, planning, and quality.
