Job summary

Allianz Services in Malaysia seeks an experienced AI automation engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent automation solutions. You will lead technical design, mentor developers, and ensure production-ready systems with monitoring and CI/CD.

You will work with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, integrate with enterprise APIs and Azure OpenAI, and promote best engineering practices across projects. Malaysian/Singaporean candidates only.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on automation development experience, including production deployments.
3+ years of experience with AI/ML or LLM-based automation.
Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and system integrations.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, or equivalent).
Experience with Python, APIs, CI/CD, and automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, n8n, etc.).
Proven ability to act as a technical lead, mentor developers, and deliver solutions to production.

Responsibilities

Own technical design and architecture for AI automation initiatives
Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
Design multi-agent workflows for end-to-end automation (e.g., document processing, decision automation)
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and automation platforms
Define and enforce engineering standards through code reviews and technical mentoring
Ensure solutions are production-ready with monitoring, CI/CD, and operational safeguards
Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and guide delivery execution
