Responsibilities

• Assist in AI agents development and configuration.
• Support GenAI initiatives including prompt engineering and workflow integration.
• Help design and document business process automations using low-code/no-code platforms and RPA tools.
• Collaborate on Salesforce and automation platform enhancements; assist in testing and troubleshooting.
• Perform basic data analysis, testing, and validation to ensure solution accuracy.
