Job summary

Menara Maxis in Kuala Lumpur invites an enthusiastic Proactive Network Experience Management Intern to join our AI/ML focused team. You will help develop analytics and automation to improve network monitoring and customer experience.

You will collect data, build pipelines and dashboards, test ML models, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders. 6-month internship with hands-on learning and exposure to real-world telecom data.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, IT or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and data analytics foundations.
• Familiarity with ML concepts, model evaluation and feature engineering.
• Interest in AI agents, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test ML models for anomaly detection and data-driven insights.
• Prototype AI agents to automate data analysis and monitoring workflows.
• Collect, clean, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and platforms.
• Build data pipelines, dashboards and analytical tools for proactive network monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers, data analysts and stakeholders to validate models.
• Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify trends and issues.
• Support documentation, reporting and presentation of findings.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks and drive process improvements.
